STANDARDS, QUALITY ASSURANCE & ACCESS

Certification Courses are certificated to meet current guidelines and statutory requirements.   

External Awarding Body approval where required.

Course Directors for the five main training areas, responsible for course content and development, and for trainer selection and monitoring. They are available for free, informal advice on their subject area.

Tutors Subject specialists; care sector experienced.

Courses Content designed or adapted to recognise care sector values and demands.

Group Sizes Strictly limited for full participation and real learning.

Information and Evaluation Pre-course information for participants and post-course evaluations for organisations.

Fees recognise staffing realities: affordable; block booked fees scaled according to participant numbers; fair cancellation terms.

Locations Either at your own premises or at a TfC venue. Alternative premises can be arranged (at cost price).
